God bless Guys, I was thinking about Leadership today, and the difference between followers and Leaders, and there really is a big difference. Anyone can learn Leadership, if they are willing to change old habits and form new habits.
Are you happy with where you are in your life and walk? if you are not and your honest with yourself about it. You are the only one to make the difference,you can pray all you like and get all the latest and great bible teachings, but it is not until you move out with faith with a fixed heart and focused mind and that you are willing to change and serve others rather than your self will you see a change.

Faith with out works is dead, it is just mental assent.

Leadership is learnt, If you want to be a leader and add value to others there by adding value to yourself you can learn leadership and be a real leader, but you got to be open to change, Jesus Christ Said you can not put new wine into old wine skins. You can not keep the same thoughts and idea’s you use to have and expect to see a change.

For Example
A lot people that come off drugs, and stay off drugs are those that not only change the environment they use to live in but also there friends, those friend who may still have the same problem they use to have if they do not in most case they are more than likely to go back to be addicted again.
Like I have always encouraged and have learnt if you keep getting the same results it is because you keep sowing the same seeds. You have to change what you are doing, maybe who you get your advise from. If this is touching your heart. continue to read the following list of the difference  between

Followers and Leaders.
Followers always have an excuse…
Leaders always have an idea…
Followers always blame others…
Leaders fix the situation….
Followers make promises…
Leaders keep commitments…
Followers let it happen…
Leaders make it happen…
Followers say, ‘Why don’t THEY do something about it?’
Leaders say ‘Here’s something I can do.’
Followers live in the past…
Leaders live in the here and now.
When leaders make a mistake, they say “I was wrong.”
When followers make mistakes, they say “It wasn’t my fault.”
A leader works harder than a follower and has more time;
A follower is always “too busy” to do what is necessary.
A leader goes through a problem;
A follower goes around it and never gets past it.
A leader makes and keeps commitments;
A follower makes and forgets promises.
A leader says “I’m good, but not as good as I ought to be;”
A follower says, “I’m not as bad as a lot of other people.”

Leaders listen;
Followers just wait until it’s their turn to talk
Leaders respect those who are superior to them and try to learn something from them;
Followers resent those who are superior to them and try to find chips in their armor.
Leaders feel responsible for more than their job;
Followers say “I only work here.”
A leader says, “There ought to be a better way to do this;”
Followers say, “That’s the way it’s always been done.”
God bless have a great day,
love

Luke 22:24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.

26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.
