God gave Joseph A dream but there was a time of preparation before he began to see the details of the dream play out in his life, how He handled the challenging times would have great influence on how he would handled the successful times, He could of let His promotion as second in command to Pharaoh go to His head, He could of treated His brothers in the same way as he was treated, he could of become full of pride. Joseph Pass the adversity test he was going through, with flying colours, and He was also very humble in his prosperity. Joseph acknowledge God in the both. God was His source of supply. Joseph was blessed so He could be a blessing. With this type of attitude of heart, God was able to bring Joseph from the Pit to the Place, From near defeat and death to prosperity and life where he was instrumental in feeding not only his Brethren but the whole world. It was God plan, so lets stay humble in heart, whatever our situations, keeping the right attitude of heart and God is able to move you forward to be that blessing to the world.
Genesis 50:19-26Â (KJV)
Â And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?
Â But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
Â Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.
Â And Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father’s house: and Joseph lived an hundred and ten years.
Â And Joseph saw Ephraim’s children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph’s knees.
Â And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
Â And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
Â So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.
