Thoughts For Today – Travel light
It is so easy to bring the failures of the past into our present day, when we do this we kill the joy of living, and weigh ourselves down with the burdens of this world. God encourages the believers to the forget those things which are behind, and reach out unto the things before them, God wants all His children to travel light in this world and get rid of any baggage that weigh them down fear, worries and doubts are the biggest life killers which steals the joy of living.
God has given faith to replace the fear. Today let God do a new thing in your life as you make up your mind to reach forth for the thing of God, then God will make a way where there seems no way and the dry areas of your life will come to life.
Here are two scriptures I was reminded of that will bless you.
Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19, Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
