Thoughts for the week – God’s love for you is unconditional
All of us have experience bad relationships broken relationships and have been hurt by others as well as hurt others ourselves and we go about trying to earn people love and forgiveness and do all kinds of things to win a relationship back. Our relationship with God is on a higher level. In spite of what you do or don’t do Gods love for you is constant.
God does not love you because of what you do or do not do, or because of what you say or should not say, God loves you unconditionally. In other words, God’s love for you is not subject to any conditions.
When things are flowing in your life, God love for you is just the same as when things are not flowing in your life.
When we get a revelation of the God’s unconditional love for us, we can begin to experience the same joy as when everything is going well for us just as well when everything seems to go wrong for us.
God’s love for you is not based upon anything that you do wrong or right you do not need to perform. God loves you period.
Gods biggest desire for you, is to know Him, and His son Jesus Christ and you can have a living loving relationship with Him, God is your Father. When we realize how much we are loved and treasured then His love can flow from you to others.
The biggest thing I can encourage is to seek God, draw close to Him allow God to reveal His love for you He really loves you just as you are, He desires for you to know Him, He does not want you to have an up and down relationship.
I have been blessed by God so He must love me, if that is the case that is love base on works, or God does not love me because everything is going bad for me, if that is case that is love based on works.
God love is unconditional. He is with you and cares for you and He is for you no matter what. God first loved us so we can love Him and experience Joy every day even on our darkest day. Nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus, God expressed His love by sending His Jesus Christ to die for the sins of the world, God made the first move towards you, all He wants you to do is respond.
Romans 8:35-39 35 – Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Much Love
