Thoughts for Today – Gods Right Hand – By Laurence Torr
What a reality to those that are born again of the spirit of God, to those that have confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and believed God raised Him from the dead, to know that God raised us up together with Christ and made us to sit together in heavenly place in Christ, (Ephesians 2:6) Christ is sat at the right hand of God (Ephesians 1:20) and we are sat there with Him. When Christ sat down He finished the work that God gave Him to do. God has made us alive in Christ. we are now no longer strangers or foreigners but fellow citizen with the saints and member of the household of God. The works we do are the works God before ordain that we should walk in (Ephesians 2.10) we do not work for Our salvation, as we are complete in Christ. It is through his accomplished work on the cross we are saved when we believed and confessed Jesus as Lord.
The Right hand of God is the power of  God (Luke22:69) the right hand is the authority of God. The right hand is the blessing of God. We have been blessed with all with all spiritual blessing in heavenly in Christ. We are right now in the presence of God. have access and direct access to God through what Christ accomplish for those that believe  (Romans 5:2) (Ephesians 2:18) (Ephesians 3:12)
- 1. We have Access By Faith, 2.By one spirit unto the Father, 3. Access with Confidence
Having access to God we can go confidently and without fear before His throne of Grace. His throne of Favour.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
As we keep God first and seek Him, there is nothing He will with hold from you, when there is time of need, go to God, whatever that need is, God says use the access you have to Him and He hears your prayers, Ephesians 3.20 God says He will do exceedingly abundantly above all you ask or think. wow that is the favour and grace of God.
Psalms 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Psalms 84:12Â O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
God is your light and protection, He gives us favour and blesses us with good things God is not withholding for you, He has blessed us so we can be blessing.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Psalms 16:8Â I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Psalms 16:11Â Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
By keeping God first in our hearts, in our confession, in our actions you will not be moved. God is a good God always, He is a God of light and when we realise what we have been given then we can expect and walk in His blessings. We are in His presence and when we set our minds on things above not on the things of the earth, we can experience the fullness of His joy. We can walk in the power and authority that we have through Christ doing good Just like Jesus Christ did he bestow the benefits of God to others. (Acts 10:38)
Isaiah 41:10Â Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
When we seek and keep God first, we will have no need to seek His blessing as we have made God the first love or our lives, we have His provision, we have His protection, we have His direction we have His blessing . We have been blessed with all the spiritual blessings in Christ we have wisdom and revelation in knowledge of Him our eyes have enlighten. As believing believers we know by the scriptures what we have, and what we need to do to walk in the power of God, if we have lack or need we go directly to God. We cast all our cares to Him we claim the promise of God, we also say the promises rather than the circumstances, we keep Him First in our lives not second, not last. He is priority to the true believer.
