Grace be unto You and Peace from God our Father and from our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Gospel concerning Jesus Christ is a gospel of peace. The word Gospel means good news, if what you are learning brings confusion or fear, and bad news it is not the true gospel concerning Jesus Christ, doctrines of men brings fear, confusion and division. God has called us to be followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and not men or ministries, certainly we can learn so much from wonderful leaders in the body of Christ, but every believer is responsible to learn and work the scriptures for themselves. A leader responsibility is to present the true gospel of Christ in all its simplicity which sets people free and that helps bring others to a closer relationship with God and that those who truly want to know can teach others also.
