My Thoughts for today.
God has called us to a new life in Christ, but so many time we let the old man nature be dominate over the new man, that happens when we simply do not believe what God say about who we are now in Christ, we can know from the scriptures who we are but what about in practical application?
God says in Romans we are to reckon our old man nature dead. let us not be schizophrenic believers up one day and down the next, clear direction one day and confusion the next day. God is not the author of confusion but of peace. Everything we do flows from a love relationship with God, as we recognize what God is sayings to us from His word, all we need to do is put it into practise, from a heart of obedience and love towards God.
God shows us we are to put off the old man by reckoning it dead and put on the new man who is created in righteousness and true holiness. You already are a new creation in Christ, this is the new you, righteous, justified, sanctified, redeemed, Justified, seated at the right hand of God in Christ, holy, pure, beloved and loved, clean through the word, you have incorruptible seed, you have an abundance of Grace, love and mercy, forgiveness, you are not condemned, you are favoured, you are as Christ is now, you have Christ in You, the love of God is shed abroad in your hearts by the holy spirit, you have access to God, He will never leave you or forsake, or forget you.
So we have a new set up as born again spirit filled Believers sons and daughters of the living God and heirs of God and Joint heir with Jesus Christ, this is where we are and what we have and more and we can live this daily, let us not let the old man nature rise it ugly head, but let us walk daily in newness of life. You are loved and blessed these truths we should daily keep in our hearts, and when dealing with others we need to remember they have the same if they are born again. and those that are born again let us be as shining lights of God love from a pure heart

Romans 5:17 is so cool. By one man’s actions caused us to be born into death…why would we ever doubt our righteousness. God created that man that brought us death so we have such a confidence in Christ because God is in control man. We choose Christ and life just as Adam made his choice.
